FUTURE PROJECT · SEEKING SEED FUNDING
The Social Recruitment Agency
A planned strategic initiative to move the people we support from crisis into sustainable employment — connecting job-ready clients with local employers through a not-for-profit recruitment model.
- Targeting long-term unemployment among the communities we already serve.
- Currently in development — we are seeking seed funding to launch a pilot.
- Building partnerships with employers committed to inclusive hiring.

Support Us / For Funders
We make it easy for trusts, foundations and corporate partners to see exactly how they can help. Here is what we are currently raising for.
What we are seeking funding for
- Core costs: sustaining our advice team and mobile outreach vehicle across the three counties.
- Project costs: expanding multilingual advice for ethnically diverse and newly arrived communities.
- Seed funding: piloting the Social Recruitment Agency to help clients into employment.
